We want you to love GrepLink. If it's not a fit, you can get a refund — no hoops.
Windows
- Monthly plan ($1.50/mo): refundable within 30 days of the initial purchase. Subsequent monthly charges are not automatically refundable but you can cancel the renewal at any time to stop further charges.
- Yearly plan ($15/year): refundable within 14 days of purchase or renewal.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@greplink.app with your order ID (visible on the receipt from LemonSqueezy). We respond within 2 business days and forward eligible requests to LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record. The refund lands back on the original card within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Your Data After a Refund
Your local desktop data is untouched — bookmarks, folders, snippets, notes all stay on your machine. Cloud sync is disabled (you drop back to Free tier), but nothing is deleted. You can resubscribe at any time to re-enable sync.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear fraudulent (e.g. repeated purchase-and-refund cycles from the same customer, chargebacks without prior contact). In the ~rare case we do decline, we explain why and offer alternatives.
